Laura has helped me massively in my recovery from long covid.She has been patient, kind and very knowledgeable in finding realistic ways to help that match both my ability and goals.She has helped put my expectations into perspective and guided me through setting goals, accepting the things I am yet to be able to do and developing self help tools for the long run, so I can get there despite hiccups.I can't rate Laura highly enough for her support, contribution and encouragement.

Thank you so much for everything you have done. I have found this contact so useful for my recovery. Since following your nutrition and exercise programme it has eased my symptoms so much. I have much more energy and positive outlook. It was a very scarey experience and to find the help you have provided has been a turning point for me. I hope everyone you see takes something from this to help them through. It has been invaluable.

IO Health has had a positive impact on my family with nutritional information on balancing food and food groups throughout the day to enable the children to concentrate more at school and have less mood swings to giving me more energy in life and not feeling tired at 3pm everyday. I feel the whole team (Family) are more productive and positive at school and work. Also with this balance of food where the changes were slight, adding and taking away different items, and the ones to look out for, all helped. Also the cravings for crisps and chocolate are no longer there, as its about the balance of food throughout the day so you don't feel hungry or the craving for anything.I would recommend to anyone that wants to make a positive change in family life and educate the children as you go, it was all a lot easier than I thought it would be.Laura listened to our needs and delivered the appropriate package to achieve the required results.Thank You Laura, Best Wishes Paul

Laura has been a great help in coaching me in my role as a Regional Finance Director and giving me the guidance and support in working towards the next step in my career. Unlike others I've used in the past, I feel Laura has a genuine interest in you as an individual and helping you reach your goals. Her passion and enthusiasm is infectious and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

With lots of different priorities in my life and peri-menopause symptoms I felt out of balance with no time to discover what I really wanted to do. Laura really helped me to work through this and come up with a visual plan so I could get some control back and focus things I wanted to do most. Laura is lovely to work with but she will challenge you in the right way but for me that really helped to get me to a place I wanted to be.

Laura helped with an excellent fitness program that was achievable each week, leading to my overall fitness and wellbeing improving significantly. This was complemented with nutritional guidance that was practical, working with the family meals and commitments.

I’ve been having kettlebell hiit sessions with Laura for 9 weeks now and it is so effectively. Massively enjoyable and I’ve really noticed my shape changing. The sessions are fun and you can feel that you have done something the next day (& the next), but in a good way! Highly recommend her!

For a while now I have been participating in Chair based exercises with Laura. I have found these both enjoyable and beneficial with regards to my everyday mobility. Laura is very proficient, calm and friendly. She demonstrates and talks you through all exercises in an efficient manner. I would certainly recommend these to anyone who isn't able or doesn't have the time to go to a gym.Thank you Laura.

I have been seeing Laura for 8 weeks now. I can honestly say I have never enjoyed exercise as much since being introduced to her. Her focus on proper form and technique really impressed me.
